    We are not an executive search firm or executive recruiting firm that works for employers. Instead, Endeavor partners with individuals to help them find their next full-time executive-level or managerial position and stays with them throughout their entire job hunt process.


    If you partner with Endeavor to help you navigate your job search, we will be in a partnership and work together. Endeavor does not earn the bulk of our fees until you find your new position. Our people, resources, and expertise are incentivized to help clients secure the best new job possible, with the best possible salary and compensation package, and in less time than clients could typically achieve on their own.

If you find a job you’re interested in applying for, your career coach will gladly work with you to fine-tune your tools. Since we’re not recruiters, we aren’t paid by a company to find candidates for them. Your career coach will always operate with your best interests at the center of their work.

  • How long does an executive job search typically take?

    Most executive job searches take between four and six months, although timelines vary depending on industry conditions, geographic flexibility, and how aggressively a candidate pursues opportunities.

  • What’s the difference between partnering with Endeavor Agency and working with a recruiter or recruiting firm?

    Recruiting firms work for an employer – not an individual. They search for candidates for only one job at a time and the firm’s financial loyalty is to the employer that hired them. They also have no incentive to ensure you win a job offer. Recruiting firms will only help you with the opportunity they present you, and if you don’t win the job offer, you start the entire process over, potentially with a different recruiter.


    Endeavor supports you. Our team helps you navigate multiple job leads at the same time and stays with you during your entire journey. We are financially incentivized to help you at every stage of your job search and to create advantages over other quality candidates seeking the same position(s) as you. We help you secure interviews, win job offers, and ultimately create the best possible outcome for you.

  • How do I find a good career coach?

    We only work for our clients, thus our fees are paid by our clients. We do not receive any commissions from employers.

  • How much does it cost to hire an Endeavor Agency career coach to find a new job?

    Endeavor’s partnership model is affordable, even if you are between jobs. We charge a small percentage of the first-year income once a client accepts a new position. This ensures both Endeavor and you are focused on the same thing – your success.


    We also require a small upfront initiation fee, generally $1,000, which is far below our cost of accepting a client and the delivery of all our services. This fee helps us confirm a client is serious and committed to our partnership process in order to create a better career outcome for the individual. When a client wins their new job, that’s when both the client and Endeavor win.

  • What is the typical timeline for an executive to secure a new position through your services?

    The average timeframe for securing a new executive or professional position with Endeavor Agency's assistance is approximately four to six months. This duration does vary based on individual circumstances and the pace at which each client wishes to proceed. 

  • Can someone make a successful career change in their 30s, 40s, 50s, or older?

    Yes. Executives can successfully change industries or roles at almost any stage of their career if they approach the transition strategically.

Offers, Negotiation, and Service Levels

These questions describe what happens when you start receiving offers and how our different service levels support you through that stage.

  • What happens when I get a job offer? Will my career coach help me negotiate my contract?

    When you feel that rush of excitement after receiving a job offer, it’s important to remember the process isn’t over. You still need to negotiate the terms of the offer. Your career coach will help you identify the good and the bad of your contract and guide you through asking for what you deserve. They can help you cover pay and benefits, including vacation, retirement, stock options, and additional perks. You’ve worked hard and negotiating for what you want can be frightening, but your career coach will help you through it all.

  • What are the key differences between the Executive and Intrepid service levels?

    • Resume Rebuild: Both levels include a complete resume rebuild and multiple file formats sent to you. After final approval, Endeavor Executive clients can get updates to their resumes as needed for the remainder of their career. Intrepid-level clients will be provided with the original files to edit as they need. Additional edits requested from Endeavor will be done for an hourly rate of $100.
    • One-on-One Career Coaching Visits: Both levels include one-on-one visits. Endeavor Executive clients can visit as needed. Intrepid-level clients can visit once per week.
    • Data Projects: Both levels include data projects. Endeavor Executive clients can get data projects as needed and able to use. Intrepid-level clients get one data project per week.
